Warehouse – Tagger/ Shipping & Receiving
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Starting Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Full Time

·Tag and track products accurately in a cold storage environment
·Assist with shipping and receiving operations
·Provide direction and instructions to team members
·Perform various line duties including packing, stacking, dumping, and cleaning
·Maintain compliance with GMP and Food Safety standards
·Ensure accuracy in product counts and documentation
·Collaborate with team members across departments
What We’re Looking For:
·Prior experience in production or warehouse settings
·Comfortable working in cold environments for extended periods
·Strong math skills and attention to detail
·Familiarity with ERP systems (Famous experience preferred)
·Ability to lead and communicate effectively with others
·Willingness to work long hours and weekends during peak seasons
·Must be a team player and flexible to perform multiple roles
