Location: Huntington Place, Detroit, MI
Event Dates: June 22–28, 2025
Dress Code: All Black Business Casual
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (based on role)
Pay Date: August 7, 2025 (30 Days Post Event)

Fierce Staffing Services is seeking polished, professional, and experienced event staff to support The Links, Inc. National Assembly — one of the most prestigious gatherings of Black professional women in the country. This is a high-visibility, high-expectation assignment at Huntington Place in Detroit, Michigan. We are looking for team members who bring excellence, poise, and professionalism to every interaction.

This is a fast-paced, high-attendance event with shifting priorities and elevated standards. Every team member hired for this assignment must be able to take direction, solve problems in real time, and represent Fierce Staffing with the highest level of professionalism.

• Event Support Staff (Direct Support to Event Director)

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Highly professional and polished in appearance and manner
• Strong communicators with excellent customer service instincts
• Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities in a live event environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to performing at a high level
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a full shift
• Prior experience in conference, convention, hospitality, or large-scale event staffing is strongly preferred

Attire

All black business professional. No rips, tears, or athletic wear. Comfortable black closed-toe shoes required.
