Job Description

Salary: $132,600 - 207,000 per year Requirements:

• We require the ability to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, including U.S. Person status as defined by federal regulations.
• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, with an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance after start.
• We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
• We are seeking candidates with experience and qualifications aligned to the pay range and role scope.

• We manage employees carrying out engineering and technical work within Flight Engineering.
• We develop and execute project and process plans, set operational objectives, and put policies and procedures into practice.
• We secure resources for projects and processes and provide technical oversight of suppliers.
• We drive process improvements and support continuous enhancement initiatives.
• We build and sustain effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• We review and approve technical methods, products, and processes.
• We lead, develop, and motivate our team members.
