Principle Function: Build community with residential clients and provide weekend duty support for both Home Base and Family Care programs. Available to work alternating weekends to cover Home Base and Family Care on-call needs. Host volunteers as scheduled and provide weekend transportation as needed. Weekend duty support staff are provided with a two-bedroom apartment and compensation.
Education and Experience: First Aid and CPR training and other required staff training. Reliable transportation, approved criminal background report. Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®).
