Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will ensure productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping/receiving while maintaining a positive and organized work environment. work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
• Enforce workplace safety standards and company policies
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and warehouse operations
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain productivity goals and operational efficiency
• Prepare reports and communicate updates to management
