We're growing and looking for a skilled, kindhearted Tru-Pro® Home Service Technician to join our team. Position: Home Service Technician / Handyman

Location: Tucson, AZ (and surrounding areas)

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling Available)

What You'll Do as a Tru-Pro® Technician:

• Perform a wide variety of high-quality home repairs, maintenance, and installations: carpentry, drywall repair/patching, painting (interior/exterior), minor plumbing/electrical, tiling, flooring, fixture assembly, and more.
• Tackle projects ranging from small fixes to larger residential renovations with precision and care.
• Assess needs, explain your work clearly, and ensure every job is completed safely, cleanly, and to the highest standard—leaving the home better than you found it.
• Work independently in the field while following TruBlue's proven processes and safety standards.
• Build trust and strong relationships with clients—be patient, courteous, and a calming, kind presence in their homes.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of paid hands-on experience in home repair/handyman work (5+ years preferred), with proven versatility across multiple trades (carpentry, basic plumbing/electrical, painting, drywall, etc.).
• Your own reliable van/truck and full set of professional tools (essential for independence and efficiency in the field).
• Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction—detail-oriented and proud of doing the job right the first time.
• Excellent people skills: kind, patient, respectful, even-tempered, and especially great at putting clients (including seniors) at ease while winning their confidence.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check (we're bonded and insured for client peace of mind).
• Physically capable of hands-on work (lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various conditions).
• Honest, reliable, self-motivated team player who enjoys variety and follows systems while adapting to client needs.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.; fluent in English.
