Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a critical assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that improve independence, functional performance, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient safety and high-quality care throughout the rehabilitation process.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or healthcare experience preferred.
