Role Overview :
The Titles Program Compliance Manager serves as the agency’s primary authority for ensuring that critical operational programs— including but not limited to electronic lien, electronic title, and court summons—operate in full compliance with state and federal statutes. This role ensures that all policies, procedures, forms, resource manuals, and system workflows accurately reflect legal requirements and promote consistent, defensible operations.
Acting as the central liaison between the Titles Department and the Audit and Compliance Department, the Titles Program Compliance Manager coordinates audit responses, leads corrective action planning, and maintains a proactive and forward‑looking compliance posture. This position may oversee up to two direct reports, though supervisory responsibilities will not begin immediately upon hire.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $47,320 but may be commensurate with education and experience.
