Telecom Field Technician - Avaya and Nortel
Start: 2 weeks from date of offer
Location: Anaheim, CA
Length of Contract: 6 months
Schedule: 5 days a week - some weeks will be Mon-Fri and some will be Tue-Sat
40 hours per week
Hourly Pay: 50-53 p/hr on W2 Only
*Background Check and Drug Screen Required* 1-2 Interview process. Client looking to move very quickly

Responsibilities
Position Requirements:
Have working knowledge to perform regular type of MAC phone requests and phone repairs on Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/Nortel CSE1000 PBX systems, and Avaya Messaging.
Be available to work a flexible schedule for supporting the customer Monday through Saturday 8AM- 5PM shift and could be moved to a 5-day shift within these days.
Supply common telecommunications tools.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Additional Requirements
familiarity with onsite equipment including Cisco Call Manager, Nortel, PBX Systems.
Excellent client-facing and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to sites near to Anaheim, CA.
Ability to work well with team members including Team Lead and possibly the Field Operations Manager.
Highly organized and able to keep detailed and accurate records for time reporting and billing purposes.
