Mandatory Experience

• 12+ Years of Total work experience.
• 5 Years of Service now experience

Education/Certifications

Bachelor s Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Industry certifications for the following areas, to include (but is not limited to):

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Collaboration;
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate;
• CCNA Route/Switch;
• CCNA Voice;
• Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT);
• Cisco VTVS2 (Telepresence Training);

Must Have Skills

Three to Five (3-5) years of IT work experience with telecommunications and multi-platform environments, including the following:

• Cisco Internetworking Operating System(IOS),Scalable Link Interface (SLI),Access Control System (ACS) Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) and Terminal Access Control Access System (TACAS+);
• Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP);
• Virtual Private Network (VPN);
• Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) (Word Service Description Language (WSDL), Simple Objec Access Protocol (SOAP);
• Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in providing technical support for maintenance over new and existing telecommunications services;
• Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in providing customer service for client- reported issues requiring technical assistance;
• Leadership experience with managing and completing complex projects relevant to telecommunications services;
• Experience in participating in the management and completion of complex projects relevant to telecommunications services as a team member; and
• Experience and understanding of COM policy and procedure for IT services and telecommunication services as it applies to the project at hand.
