Job Summary (List Format) Tech Recruiter (Business Intelligence and Segmentation Team):


- Support the company's transformation to a data-driven approach in customer marketing messaging.
- Drive strong customer engagement by enabling relevant, personalized digital marketing content.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer profiles and needs to help increase direct business.
- Perform exploratory data mining to uncover new opportunities for marketing personalization.
- Assist Marketing Channel teams in building custom data segments for testing targeted consumer offers, primarily via email channels.
- Provide strategic recommendations to align the right marketing offers with the right audiences.
- Help build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies based on audience performance and business objectives.
- Contribute to driving revenue growth through effective audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Work within a cross-functional pod focused on customer personalization and high-performing marketing initiatives.
- Assess business needs and develop strategic recommendations for audience selection and campaign testing, especially for planned email marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
