Can you look into the eyes of someone who is struggling and see their pain – while also seeing their potential? Are you passionate about providing opportunities to help people rebuild their lives?
The Mission is looking to expand our team of committed staff members who are dedicated to creating an environment where those who have nowhere else to turn can live with dignity, experience hope and see new opportunities.
Help Individuals Rebuild Their Lives Through Recovery
Join a team where recovery is more than a program, it is a pathway to hope, dignity, and lasting change. The Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor (CADC or LCADC) to join our Behavioral Health team. Every day, our counselors help individuals experiencing substance use disorders rebuild their lives through evidence-based treatment, meaningful relationships, and a recovery-oriented environment.
Our counselors work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that promotes recovery, self-sufficiency, and overall wellness.
If you are passionate about helping people overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery, we invite you to become part of a mission-driven organization that has served the Greater Trenton community for more than a century
