Role Sr. Mainframe Solution Architect

Locations : Pune,Chennai.
Proven experience (15+) as a Solution Architect or a similar role, leading architecture and design activities in legacy modernization projects.
Solid understanding of legacy systems and modernization approaches, methodologies and best practices
Strong knowledge of modern technologies, platforms and frameworks with the ability to select and recommend appropriate solutions
Experience in system integration, data migration and performance optimization in legacy modernization projects
Familiarity with mainframe and midrange technologies such as COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2, RPG, CL, DB2/400, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and troubleshoot complex system architectures
Working knowledge and understanding of Cloud environment (AWS/Azure/Google)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices
Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in software systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
