Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements , including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, etc.
• Handle Industrial Relations (IR) , employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism and union/workmen-related issues.
• Coordinate and manage internal, external and statutory HR/labour audits , including documentation and closure of observations.
• Manage contract labour compliance and coordinate with contractors on statutory requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives and effective employee communication.
• Coordinate with plant leadership, corporate HR, labour authorities and external consultants as required.
• Coordinate day-to-day plant HR operations , including manpower, attendance, leave, employee lifecycle and HR MIS.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
• Hands-on experience in Industrial Relations
• Audit handling and compliance management
• Contract labour management
• Employee grievance & disciplinary case handling
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of HR MIS and documentation
