Alpine Fit Physical Therapy | Boulder, CO

Alpine Fit is a cash-based, holistic sports medicine physical therapy clinic in Boulder, CO—and we’re growing.

We’re hiring a highly motivated Physical Therapist with a passion for keeping active adults active—combining strong manual therapy and dry needling skills with functional exercise and performance-based rehab. An interest in Women’s Health is a plus, but not required.

If you’re looking for time, autonomy, and the ability to truly make a difference, this is not your typical outpatient PT job.

Who We Are

Founded in 2016, Alpine Fit was created to help active adults and athletes return to—and stay in—the activities they love without surgery, injections, or pain medication.

We provide:

  • Holistic sports medicine and orthopedic physical therapy

  • Performance-based rehab and strength & conditioning

  • Functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle support

As a cash-based clinic , we work for our patients—not insurance companies—allowing us to deliver truly individualized, high-quality care.

  • Cash-based model — no insurance constraints or productivity pressure

  • 1:1 care for a full hour , every session (no aides, no double-booking)

  • Time and skill to properly address complex cases—the people who’ve “tried everything”

  • Ability to dive deep into biomechanics, movement patterns, and lifestyle contributors

  • Collaborative, integrative care with massage, nutrition, and functional medicine

  • Emphasis on performance and resilience—not just pain relief

  • Support to use your full skill set without burnout or quotas

About the Role

  • Start part-time , with growth to full-time within 2–3 months

  • Full-time = 32 patient-facing hours per week

  • Flexible, self-determined schedule

  • Treat sports medicine and orthopedic patients

  • Provide full-hour evaluations and treatments, 1:1

  • Work with motivated, active adults

  • Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team

  • Participate in community outreach, workshops, and education (supported by the clinic)

Compensation Highlights

  • $90,000 – $110,000/year (typical full-time range)

  • Opportunity to earn more through profit sharing

  • Top-of-market compensation

Is This You?

  • Tired of seeing 12–20+ patients per day ?

  • Want a full hour to treat—and think?

  • Burnt out on insurance-driven care?

  • Motivated to master your craft with mentorship and autonomy?

  • Passionate about sports medicine, biomechanics, and movement quality?

  • Want to work somewhere your skills and presence are valued?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Strong orthopedic and sports medicine foundation

  • Excellent manual therapy and exercise programming skills

  • Dry needling certification (preferred, not required)

  • Interest in strength & conditioning and performance-based rehab

  • Comfortable discussing care plans and pricing in a cash-based model

  • Motivated, collaborative, and growth-oriented

This role is best suited for clinicians with 1–2+ years of experience , though exceptional new grads with strong foundations are encouraged to apply.

How to Apply
