Job : Social Media Copywriter
Compensation & Schedule
• $25.00–$28.50 per hour
• Monday–Thursday onsite in Addisno; Friday remote
Role Impact
The Social Media Copywriter drives global brand engagement by developing platform-native, culturally relevant social messaging that connects products and campaigns to audiences worldwide. This role exists to elevate global social strategy through strong conceptual thinking, persuasive storytelling, and high-impact copy. Success is defined by delivering compelling social-first narratives that increase engagement, support product launches and repromotions, and strengthen overall brand voice consistency across markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop original, social-first concepts and write copy for global organic and paid social media campaigns, including sales enablement content
• Partner with Social Art Directors and Video Art Directors to concept culturally relevant, platform-appropriate content aligned with global marketing strategy
• Translate brand strategy, campaign objectives, and product positioning into clear, engaging social narratives
• Write a range of deliverables including captions, headlines, hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), overlays, scripts, and short-form storytelling
• Present creative concepts and copy rationale to stakeholders; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional copywriting experience with a strong focus on social media ideation and writing
• Strong command of English grammar with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across audiences, products, and platforms
• Portfolio required demonstrating social-first campaign work and conceptual thinking
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Global social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
• Paid and organic social campaign frameworks
• Brand messaging systems and global style guidelines
• Microsoft Teams
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting global or multi-market campaigns
• Ability to analyze social trends and apply insights to creative development
