Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition operations. In this critical role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Recruiting Team, ensuring an exceptional, seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike.

As a key player in our end-to-end talent acquisition process, you will manage complex scheduling, assist with offer administration, and help usher new hires smoothly into their preboarding phase. Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Manage complex scheduling for entry-level to senior-level positions (including panel interviews, video conference setups, conference room bookings, candidate travel coordination, and expense reimbursements).

  • Offer & Preboarding Support: Verify candidate start dates with hiring managers, trigger preboarding protocols, and ensure a seamless handoff to the HR Shared Services team. Assist recruiters with quality checks and the generation of official offer letters.

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support: Act as a key resource for candidates and recruiters navigating our ATS, helping them complete online applications, troubleshoot technical roadblocks, and escalate systemic issues.

  • Relationship Management: Build strong, positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business partners to maintain a highly professional, efficient, and welcoming interview process.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere strictly to company policies, industry regulations, and risk-management principles to ensure safe, sound, and fair hiring practices.

  • Process Improvement: Participate in administrative projects and actively identify opportunities to streamline recruiting operations and workflows.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, or high-volume corporate administrative support (highly preferred in a banking or corporate environment).
