LOCATION- Remote, (CA or TX Based)
JD- SAP RAR Senior Consultant Job Description
1.Incident & Ticket Management: Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets Provide timely resolution based on SLAs
2.Issue Analysis & Troubleshooting: Allocation and fulfillment processes Contract creation and updates Revenue postings and errors Perform root cause analysis Better knowledge of Custom Adapter integration with RAR Better understanding in RPC studio Ensure successful period-end closing activities
3. Testing Support : Perform regression testing after fixes or changes Support UAT cycles Manage objects across environments(DEV-> UAT-> PROD) Support for system health check for each release cycle
4. Financial Compliance & Reporting Support: Audit Request
Skill Set:
SAP RAR(Support Environment) Strong understanding of
: Revenue Accounting Contracts(RAC0) POBs and SSP allocation Integration Knowledge
: SAP SOM,CI(Understanding Level) Custom Adapter Revenue Recognition concepts Contract modifications and reallocations Attention to detail during financial close
