Reliant Healthcare is hiring an Infusion Sales Representative for their Los Angeles territory.

Position summary:

We are looking for a driven infusion sales professional to grow referrals for our home infusion and ambulatory infusion services across Los Angeles. You will be the main contact for prescribers and their staff in neurology, rheumatology, allergy/immunology, endocrinology, ophthalmology and cardiology. You will bring existing relationships, open doors quickly and turn them into steady patient referrals. This role suits someone who can hit the ground running and is motivated by measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Generate new patient referrals for home infusion and ambulatory infusion center (AIC) services from targeted prescribers and health systems
•    Activate an existing network of referral sources within the first 30–90 days
•    Build and run a territory plan by specialty, account and referral potential
•    Call on physicians, nurse practitioners, PAs, infusion nurses, office managers, prior authorization and benefits staff
•    Partner with intake, pharmacy, nursing and reimbursement teams so referrals move smoothly from order to first infusion
•    Track activity, referrals and conversions in the CRM
•    Stay current on infused therapies, payer rules and competitor activity in the market
•    Represent the company at local medical society meetings, speaker programs and community events

Preferred Qualifications:

•    3+ years of B2B healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in home infusion, ambulatory infusion, specialty pharmacy or infused/injectable biologics
•    Established relationships with prescribers in the LA market 
•    Working knowledge of infused biologics, buy-and-bill vs. specialty pharmacy, prior authorization and site-of-care shifts
•    Documented history of meeting or beating sales or referral goals
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•    Lives in or within commuting distance of Los Angeles; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Additional qualifications

•    Can name 10–20 target accounts they could call on immediately
•    Experience in neurology (MS, myasthenia gravis, CIDP, Alzheimer's), rheumatology (RA, lupus, gout), or immunology (IVIG/SCIG, asthma biologics)
•    Experience with California health systems 
•    Knowledge of CA payers 
•    Prior President's Club or top-performer rankings
Immune globulin (IG) experience – strongly preferred
IG is a core growth line for this territory. Candidates with IG experience and active IG referral sources will move to the top of the list.
•    1+ years selling or supporting IVIG and/or SCIG (home infusion, specialty pharmacy or manufacturer such as Takeda, CSL Behring, Grifols, Octapharma, ADMA or Kedrion)
•    Existing IG referral relationships in California: immunologists, allergists, neurologists (CIDP, myasthenia gravis, MMN), rheumatologists (dermatomyositis, myositis) and hematologists (ITP)
•    Understands IG-specific payer requirements: diagnosis documentation, IgG levels and vaccine response for PI, dosing by weight, re-authorization and Medicare Part B vs. Part D coverage
•    Knows IG products, brand preferences by prescriber, product supply/allocation issues and infusion-reaction management
•    Can name IG patients' prescribers who would move or refer new starts within the first 60 days
•    Experience converting patients from IVIG to SCIG or from hospital to home infusion is a plus
