Title: Sr. Configuration Analyst Encompass/Blend

Location : Fully Remote (EST Preferred)

Duration: Contract through December 2026

This role is responsible for leading hands-on configuration and optimization of the residential lending technology stack, with primary ownership of ICE Encompass LOS, Blend POS, and Optimal Blue PPE. The analyst will translate complex business, operational, and compliance requirements into scalable, automated, and audit ready system configurations. This position supports a multi-phase build of the lending platform across Retail, TPO, and Home Equity channels.

Required Skills

• Hands on ICE Encompass LOS configuration and administration experience, including settings, personas, business rules, milestones, custom fields, templates, and document sets.
• Demonstrated experience configuring Blend POS, including loan application templates, borrower workflows, task routing, and LOS data mappings.
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage operations across Retail and TPO channels.
• Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into actionable LOS and POS configurations.
• Experience providing tier two and tier three support for Encompass and Blend, including permissions, workflow routing, and integration troubleshooting.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience integrating Optimal Blue PPE for product eligibility, pricing, and secondary workflows.
• Practical experience supporting HELOC and non-conforming products.
• ICE Encompass Admin certification.
• Experience with Kensie Mae solutions or loan delivery for servicing integrations.

Ideal Background

• Candidates should come from mortgage lenders, banks, or fintech organizations with complex residential lending operations. Experience supporting LOS or POS platform build outs, modernization initiatives, or major program expansions is strongly preferred. Consulting or enterprise mortgage technology team experience is a plus.
• Experience Level
• Senior level individual contributor with four or more years of demonstrable Encompass configuration and administration experience in a residential lending environment.
• Banking and Industry Experience
• Residential mortgage lending experience across Retail, TPO, and Home Equity channels is required.
• Niche and Hard to Find Skills
• True hands-on Encompass configuration expertise combined with Blend POS configuration experience. These skills are critical because misconfigured LOS and POS environments create compliance risk, pricing errors, and fulfillment inefficiencies across multiple channels.

Adjacent and Transferable Skills

• Candidates with strong Encompass configuration experience and exposure to other POS platforms such as Roostify may be considered if they demonstrate proven integration and automation capabilities. Experience with the broader ICE ecosystem is also relevant.
