• Greet and assist prospective and current residents, family members, and visitors.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Deliver flyers, mail, and packages, and provide support to vendors.
• Assist residents with daily inquiries and routine needs.
• Support Ruth’s House staff with various tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with computers and common software applications.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
