Position: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Remote - Montpelier, Vermont

Job Summary:
- Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities for enterprise applications in a structured testing environment.
- Apply QA methodologies, testing lifecycle (STLC), and best practices to ensure product quality.
- Utilize test management and defect tracking tools (preferably Azure DevOps) to manage test cases and defects.
- Define test coverage, acceptance criteria, and standards for test completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify risks, and resolve issues.
- Support both manual and automated testing efforts, including familiarity with automation tools and frameworks.
- Manage multiple concurrent testing activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear documentation and status updates.
- Optionally, provide expertise in Salesforce-based applications, API/integration testing, and system stabilization.
- Preferably, have experience with public sector or State government clients.
- Maintain required cybersecurity and software testing certifications, providing training certificates as needed.
