Job Details
The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking a Prep Cook for Epicerie Boulud WTC, our Eat In/Take Out market featuring the same quality of service and ingredients found in all of the restaurants, presented in a more casual form. The Epicerie offers a chance to elevate quick-service dining into an exceptional retail experience.
The Prep Cook is responsible for the initial preparation of all produce, meat, seafood, and poultry. They are also responsible for unloading deliveries, stocking, and rotating products.
The Prep Cook will work on both prep and service of menu items, including gourmet sandwiches, salads, and soups.
The ideal candidate must be able to read and follow menus and recipes, perform basic mathematical calculations, communicate effectively, and work well within a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Please send a copy of your updated resume if you would like to join the Epicerie Boulud team!
