Duration : 6 10 Months

Interview : In-person on any of the mentioned location

• Power BI + Data Engineering is the core of the role.
• Strong hands-on Power BI, ADF, SQL Server, ETL, and data modeling experience is required.
• AI-assisted development experience is a strong plus.
• Candidate must be available for an interview or laptop pickup at one of the listed locations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Engineer / Developer with strong hands-on experience across Power BI, data engineering, ETL, and Azure . The role will support enterprise reporting solutions for state clients and requires end-to-end ownership across data ingestion, transformation, modeling, visualization, and validation.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience working in high-visibility and SLA-driven environments, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve reporting and data engineering productivity.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Power BI development experience.
• SQL Server and advanced SQL skills.
• Azure and Azure Data Factory (ADF) .
• ETL/ELT development and data integration.
• PL/SQL .
• Coz yROC experience.
• Data modeling and performance optimization.
• Python .
• Experience with Tableau .
• Enterprise reporting architecture.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot and/or Power BI Copilot .

Experience & Soft Skills

• Senior-level Developer / Engineer / Architect with strong hands-on technical expertise.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end reporting and data engineering solutions .
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and automation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-driven with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear daily status updates.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate at both detailed technical and strategic levels.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, SLA-driven environment .
