**Operations Leader – Toppers Pizza**

Toppers Pizza is hiring Operations Leaders to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support the team in delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with daily restaurant operations
* Lead and support team members during shifts
* Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
* Provide excellent customer service
* Help maintain an efficient, organized work environment

**Requirements**

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred but not required

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Paid training is provided.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative (Insider) requirements
You will get to:
• Prepare our delicious food for our Toppers fanatics
• Take orders in person and over the phone
• Prep for the day and night by making dough and pizza sauce and cutting our fresh veggie toppings (which are all important pieces as to why we deliver on our promise of serving only high-quality food)
• Stock ingredients in the various work stations including the walk-in cooler
• Clean equipment and the store
