Picker/Packer

Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm

$18.50/hr

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Returns position. The associate will be responsible for processing returned items, scanning and labeling each item to determine its condition (good/defective), entering results into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and returning sellable product to the appropriate shelf location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort returned merchandise
- Scan and label items, assessing condition (sellable vs. non-sellable)
- Enter all return data accurately into the WMS
- Restock approved items to the correct shelf locations
- Maintain a clean and organized returns area

Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic computer/scanner skills
- Attention to detail
- Prior warehouse or returns experience a plus
