Pet Groomer (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Commission-Based

We are a professional, one-on-one dog grooming salon dedicated to providing a calm, low-stress environment for both pets and staff. Our focus is on quality grooming, individualized care, and building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pet Groomer to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for motivated groomers who take pride in their work and value a positive, low-stress grooming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-service grooming, including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning
• Handle dogs safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming requests and recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming workspace
• Monitor pets for any health or behavioral concerns and report as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional grooming experience preferred
• Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types
• Strong attention to detail and grooming quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Passion for animal care and client satisfaction
