What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of auto parts.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Positive attitude towards customer service.

Additional Skills 

• Experience in customer phone support.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as eBay.
• Reynolds & Reynolds software experience.
• Ability to navigate dealership parts catalogs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of internet marketing (SEO, PPC, AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, etc.)
