What You'll Be Doing:

• Seamless Overnight Operations – Handle late check-ins, early morning check-outs, and any night-time guest inquiries with expert precision.
• Daily Report Champion – Balance accounts, prepare daily financial summaries, and manage audit paperwork to set up our team for a smooth start each morning.
• Guest Services Guru – Serve as the friendly face and problem-solver for any guest needs that arise overnight.
• Safety & Security Steward – Monitor the hotel’s security systems and conduct routine safety checks to ensure guests and staff have a restful, worry-free night.
• Completing nightly operational checklists
• Laundry is an essential part of this position (up to 75% of the shift may involve laundry)
• Cleaning public spaces like lobby, public restrooms, fitness room and pool areas
• Set up breakfast for the morning team
• Ensure the hotel is clean, organized and ready for the next day's operations. 

What We're Looking For:

• Night shift availability and a flexible schedule 
• Comfort with numbers and a knack for accuracy
• Previous hotel experience a plus (but not required!)
• A calm, friendly attitude to make our guests feel safe and at home
• Willingness to stay active throughout the shift and assist with housekeeping/laundry tasks
