Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree with at least 2 years of IT-related experience, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of IT experience in place of a degree.
• We require a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+.
• We require a DoD 8570 Computing Environment certification within 6 months of hire, such as MCSA, VCP, or an equivalent credential.
• We need experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 and Windows 10 environments.
• We require hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, workstation and server hardware, and Microsoft Office 2010/2016.
• We require working knowledge of DNS, Group Policy, PKI, vSphere, Horizon View, data backup, antivirus tools, and basic networking concepts including DHCP and TCP/IP.
• We require experience deploying workstation images and supporting thin or zero clients.
• We expect familiarity with Microsoft Windows systems, HP SANs, or VMware platforms.
• We require proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• We require a current or active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to undergo a polygraph.
• Preferred qualifications include strong customer relationship management skills, the ability to work with limited supervision, and experience with security, routing and switching protocols, network management, encryption, firewall rules, authentication technologies, COMSEC, DISA or vendor security best practices, ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow, and multitasking in a prioritization-driven environment.
• The role also requires the ability to remain stationary for much of the workday and move around the office as needed for access, communication, and presentations.

• We coordinate and carry out deployment activities, including planning, scheduling, and on-site hardware installation and configuration.
• We perform site surveys to evaluate network environments, collect user needs, and record existing configurations.
• We configure routers, switches, computers, and peripherals while maintaining a secure and dependable network architecture.
• We provide daily IT support across client, server, storage, and network systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• We maintain system configurations and documentation, and oversee hardware purchasing, inventory, equipment transfers, and shipping.
• We support compliance with security directives and help improve architecture through change requests and performance recommendations.
• We travel extensively within the U.S. and occasionally overseas to complete deployments, surveys, installations, and on-site support.
