Job Description

IQVIA seeks experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support a late-stage AML clinical development program across the Midwest-Central region. The role involves field-based scientific engagement with hematologists, oncologists, and researchers to facilitate data exchange and gather clinical insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and academic hematology/oncology centers
• Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML, biomarkers, MRD, and evolving standards of care
• Support disease-state education programs, advisory boards, and investigator meetings with compliant materials
• Capture field insights on unmet needs, clinical practice patterns, and treatment barriers for strategic planning
• Serve as primary contact for investigators initiating studies and provide technical support for study development

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP, NP, PA) from accredited institution
• Minimum 4 years MSL or clinical development experience in hematology/oncology
• Demonstrated expertise communicating complex scientific information to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Teams, and digital engagement tools
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, FDA regulations, OIG guidelines, and treatment guidelines
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 70% within assigned territory
• Experience with independent investigator-initiated studies, registries, or observational research
