Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

We need a polite and organized Medical Front Desk Clerk to join our team. You will greet patients, manage daily front office tasks, and support our medical staff. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are required for this role.

Job Duties

• Check in patients and verify health insurance details.

• Collect patient payments at the front desk.

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and route calls.

• Handle messages, faxes, and document scanning.

Job Requirements

• Computer skills (1 year required)

• Medical reception or patient registrar experience (1 year preferred)
