Mechanic Welder

Location: Elk Grove, CA

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be flexible)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Welder to join our team in Elk Grove. This role combines mechanical repair and welding expertise to maintain and repair equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Repair machinery and equipment (engines, conveyors, trailers, etc.)
• Weld metal parts using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques
• Cut and fabricate metal components to replace damaged parts
• Perform routine maintenance on industrial and warehouse equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Ensure all work is completed following safety standards and company procedures

Work Environment:

• Warehouses and distribution centers
• Manufacturing facilities
• Construction or industrial sites
• Automotive or heavy equipment environments

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding
• Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Must be reliable and flexible with schedule
