Manager, UX Design, Connect San Mateo, CA The Connect design team creates safe, seamless, and meaningful ways for players to access, express themselves, and connect across the PlayStation ecosystem. Our work spans PS App, Social Experiences, player support, safety, access, identity, and personalization, helping players feel protected, represented, and connected wherever they play. As a UX Manager on the Connect team, you will lead design for PlayStation App and Social Experiences, shaping how millions of players discover content, communicate, build community, and stay connected to PlayStation beyond the console. Designers on your team work across a range of Connect initiatives, with a focus on creating intuitive, inclusive, and engaging experiences that support meaningful player connections, positive social interaction, and seamless mobile engagement across the PlayStation ecosystem. In this role, you will partner closely with product, research, engineering, data, and business teams to define strategy, translate customer insights into impactful design solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences at scale.
