2nd Shift Machine Operator

Shift: Mon–Thurs 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (+ some Fridays)

Pay: Competitive (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate lamination machines on a production line
• Set up materials, load rolls, and help with changeovers
• Inspect finished fabric for quality issues
• Use hoists & forklifts (training provided)
• Enter basic production data into system
• Work with a small team (3–4 people)

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2+ years machine operating experience
• Manufacturing experience (4+ years preferred)
• Forklift experience (or willing to learn)
• Comfortable with hand tools & measuring
• Reliable with strong attendance

Nice to Have:

• Textile, lamination, or converting experience
• Quality inspection experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
