Who We Are Looking For: We're on the hunt for a team player who's ready to bring their mechanical savvy and problem-solving abilities to the forefront of security technology. You're perfect for this role if you have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to physically operate a machine.
• Ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting.
• Basic math skills, high school graduate or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Must be mobile to move from one work area to another and lift 40 pounds
• Must be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills

What You Will Do:

• Operate machines for Keys - parts and assemblies.
• Operate manual, automated and secondary machining equipment as needed.
• Work with the Team Lead and Area Manager to produce products based on the work order and production schedules.
• Meet quality standards, on time delivery, and continually improve productivity to exceed customer expectations.
• Participate in team meetings to improve teams performance, solve problems, improve safety and 5S
• Must be able to meet or exceed performance measures after training
• Perform any additional duties required to ensure smooth operation of product centers and support areas.
• Overtime will be required.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.
