Job Description

Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Business Development (BD) Land Tech reporting to the BD Staff Landman in Midland, Texas. This position will work with the Land and Business Development departments on all facets of deal evaluation and transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities

• Work alongside Asset Land and Business Development teams on deal evaluation, transactions and onboarding of new assets
• Manage Tech level responsibilities on deals from start all the way through onboarding
• Manage and organize VDR data and date updates during evaluation process
• Work closely alongside BD land in creation of applicable exhibits and schedules
• SLO/BLM Transfers on inbound assets
• Surface ROW transfers on inbound assets
• Data integration from BD to other PR departments
• Consent tracking and diligence organization
• Other miscellaneous items associated with deal evaluation and transaction management

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of Oil and Gas practices and policies and can apply that knowledge to the work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated integrity in work product and in dealing with coworkers
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility regarding workload and priorities
• Basic research skills with regard to reviewing multiple data sources to find specific information

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 Years Oil & Gas experience
• Experience working within Land systems and applications such as: Quorum, Drilling Info, DocVue, ExecuteAFE, etc...
