Junior Business Analyst

Position Description
We are seeking Business Analysts to support the planning and execution of F1 fiber network deployment initiatives. This role will serve as a key coordinator across Engineering, Construction, IT, Network Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, and external vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of fiber infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

This Role is located in Downtown Dallas, Tx and Plano, Tx.

Your future duties and responsibilities
. Coordinate cross functional activities across engineering, construction, IT, vendors, and operations teams.
. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deployment schedules.
. Develop and maintain project plans, deployment trackers, dashboards, and executive reporting.
. Analyze deployment and operational data using Excel to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
. Create executive ready PowerPoint presentations for governance meetings and leadership reviews.
. Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
. Support vendor coordination, material readiness, resource planning, and deployment forecasting.
. Prepare status reports, KPI dashboards, and program updates for leadership.
. Drive process improvements that enhance deployment efficiency and execution.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
. Strong project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and dashboard development.
. Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive level presentations.
. Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and influence without direct authority.
. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow through.
. Experience working with cross functional teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience supporting F1, OSP, FTTH, broadband, or telecommunications network deployment programs.
. Familiarity with fiber engineering, construction, permitting, or telecommunications operations.
. Experience with program governance, deployment reporting, and infrastructure project delivery.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 $85,100.00.
