Junior Art Director

Reports To: Associate Creative Director

Position Overview

Moosylvania is looking for a Junior Art Director to join our creative team and help bring bold ideas to life for nationally recognized brands. This role is ideal for a designer with 0–2 years of agency or equivalent experience who is passionate about design, storytelling, social culture, and emerging technology.

Working alongside senior creatives, you'll contribute to campaign concepts, develop visual executions, create compelling presentations, and produce high-quality creative across social, digital, experiential, and integrated marketing channels. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of creative concepts and visual executions across social, digital, print, experiential, and integrated campaigns.
• Design layouts, presentations, mockups, storyboards, and production-ready assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Utilize AI tools to generate visual concepts, mood boards, and creative explorations for pitches and campaigns.
• Maintain brand standards while contributing fresh ideas and creative thinking.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas throughout the creative process.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, account teams, developers, and production partners to bring ideas to life.
• Assist with photoshoots, video productions, and content creation as needed.
• Work with photographers, illustrators, and outside vendors under the guidance of senior creative team members.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Stay curious and informed on design trends, social platforms, AI tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of agency, in-house, or internship experience in graphic design or art direction.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, typography, layout, and conceptual thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation and visual development.
• Understanding of responsive and digital-first design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
• Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment.
