Salary: $56,160 - 70,720 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
• We look for prior experience as an IT Systems Technician with solid knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems.
• We need familiarity with Windows operating systems, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• We require availability for rotational on-call support, with occasional evening and weekend work.
• We note that we do not participate in the H1-B lottery.

• We provide technology support to end users, resolve incident requests, and deliver technical training with strong customer service.
• We set up and maintain computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
• We manage the IT inventory system, track assets, and carry out scheduled preventative maintenance.
• We coordinate technology equipment moves and ensure cabling standards are followed.
• We administer user accounts, including access permissions.
