Role Description

Ovation Insurance is a premium-positioned, fast-scaling independent agency specializing in comprehensive asset-protection solutions across Indiana and Ohio. We are seeking an ambitious, highly organized Growth & Creative Coordinator for a part-time internship (15–25 hours/week).

This is not a passive, administrative role spent filing paperwork in a cubicle. At Ovation, we treat customer acquisition and client experience (CX) as a sophisticated, high-performance science.

This non-licensed position is designed to handle the physical, creative, and logistical execution of our localized marketing campaigns, freeing our licensed advisors to focus entirely on high-value advisory work. It is an exceptional opportunity for a college student majoring in Business, Marketing, or Communications to master modern GTM (Go-To-Market) systems.

What You Will Learn & Do

• Physical Direct Response Marketing: Manage the logistics of our daily personalized direct mail pipeline, studying how physical touchpoints bypass digital noise and command immediate attention in a household.
• Client Lifecycle Management: Master the execution of a world-class customer onboarding program, coordinating physical milestones and custom corporate gifting to maximize client retention and lifetime value (LTV).
• Local Field Operations: Support underwriting and partnership efforts across Allen County, capturing required carrier property photos, managing local signage, and executing co-promotion drops to professional Centers of Influence (COIs) like CPAs and real estate agencies.
• Short-Form Video Production: Act as a creative assistant for our Meta and TikTok video pipelines, managing storyboarding, on-location filming, asset clipping, and multi-channel posting schedules.

What We Are Looking For

• Location: Based in Fort Wayne, IN, with a reliable vehicle for local field operations.
• Execution: Flawless attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining premium brand aesthetics.
• Skills: Familiarity with digital content creation, vertical video formatting, and basic creative software (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Compliance: Fully aware that this is a non-licensed role with no insurance sales, quoting, or solicitation duties .
