Regal Staffing Services is now hiring for a General Maintenance with Plumbing Experience for a warehouse located in the Plano, TX 75074 area.

Shift/Pay Rate: 1st shift (8am to 4:30pm): $35hr.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and building specifications to map out plumbing layouts.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs.
• Collaborate with contractors and other trades on new construction or renovation projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.
• Valid plumbing license (as required by local regulations).
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential plumbing.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Additional physical requirements include sitting, bending, hand dexterity, reaching, speaking, and seeing as well as ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
