Job Title: Fintech Product Designer: AI-powered Design and UI/UX

Location: Austin, Texas / in office 3-4 days per week

About You
You obsess over the perfect balance of optimal customer experience and product functionality. You use AI fluently as a force multiplier to enhance your creativity and productivity, using your unique human insight to improve and enhance design rapidly generating product UI/UX at scale that is simple, elegant, and impeccable.
You enjoy studying user interaction and metrics and speak directly with users about what is working and not working for them. You incorporate user feedback and usage behavior patterns in refining old and building new UI and UX.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the Creative Force: Dive into collaborative brainstorming sessions where your ideas matter. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define and design user journeys that leave a lasting impression and drive real results.
  • Design with Purpose: Create stunning and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the way people interact with financial technology. Your designs will help us solve real problems and make an impact on our users' lives.
  • Embrace Feedback: We believe that collaboration is key. You’ll actively seek out user feedback and insights to refine designs and ensure that our products resonate with our audience.
  • Leverage the Latest Tech: Stay ahead of the game by using cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to streamline your design processes and spark creativity.
  • Create beauty: Design highly polished, visually compelling interfaces—from wireframes to pixel-perfect mockups, prototypes, and final assets.
 
What we’re looking for
  • You’re a recent graduate or have up to 5 years of experience in product design or related fields. Your portfolio showcases your unique visual and interaction design talents.
  • OR… you don’t quite have the experience but have the desire, drive, confidence, and intelligence to make a difference – give it a shot.
  • Fluency with AI and AI enabled design tools - you actively use AI to accelerate ideation, generate variations and prototypes, and iterate faster producing higher quality results in less time.
  • Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and motion.
  • Fintech or financial product experience preferred — you understand the trust, confidence, and compliance sensitivities that come with designing around people's money.
  • Experience designing consumer-facing products for mobile and responsive web.
  • Expert Figma skills, including component libraries, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping. Experience with additional tools is a plus.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills, with motivation to continuously master your craft in both interaction and visual design.
  • You’re a team player who loves collaborating and sharing ideas to bring projects to life. Communication and creativity are your superpowers!
