Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Toms River, NJ. This role offers a supportive environment with no after-hours calls or hospital rounding, focusing on quality patient care and workflow efficiency to reduce burnout. The team includes three physicians and a proactive support staff.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time or Part-Time options with competitive salary ($220,000-$260,000/year)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient sick and well visits
• Document visits in EMR
• Lead office staff to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed in NJ
• Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine
• DEA and CDS certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
