About the Role We are seeking a motivated and energetic Events and Sales Assistant to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is passionate about both event coordination and client engagement. You will support the events team with planning and execution while also assisting with client interactions and sales-related activities to help drive event success. Responsibilities * Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site support * Support client engagement and assist with sales-related activities during events * Help manage event materials, equipment, and supplies * Support client and attendee check-in, registration, and inquiries * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations * Assist in identifying potential clients and supporting outreach efforts at events Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented * Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills * Interest in both events and sales or client relations * Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs when needed What We Offer * Competitive weekly pay * Clear opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive and energetic team environment * Hands-on experience with major corporate events * Travel opportunities depending on event schedule
