The Mission: At Meela, we're building AI tools for older adults and the people who care for them. Many older adults face loneliness as technology shifts away from familiar tools, while caregivers and senior living staff face growing burnout. Meela helps address both through simple, voice-based companionship for residents and practical support for care teams.
We believe AI can support well-being without replacing human care. The goal is to build empathetic, useful tools that foster connection, reduce emotional strain, and make everyday care more sustainable.
The Momentum: Meela is growing rapidly, with backing by tier-one venture capital and is live in senior living communities across the U.S. The focus now is scaling responsibly while improving the product in close partnership with the people who use it.

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly across company strategy, operations, go-to-market execution, hiring, and product. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, uses strong independent judgment, and wants visibility into nearly every part of an early-stage company.
