Crestfield Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support operational reporting, process improvement, internal coordination, and day-to-day business analysis.
This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with data, and able to identify ways to improve efficiency across different teams.
Review operational data and business performance information
Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards
Track workflows, deadlines, and process-related tasks
Assist with identifying operational gaps and improvement opportunities
Support internal reporting and performance updates
Coordinate with different departments on operational priorities
Maintain process documentation and business records
Help improve consistency across day-to-day business operations
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Good attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous operations, business analysis, or project support experience is preferred
