The Rockaway Hotel, part of IGC Hospitality’s collection of premier venues, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. The Rockaway Hotel offers a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere with a focus on elevated cocktails and exceptional guest experiences.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests

• Provide excellent guest service while taking and fulfilling orders

• Mix and garnish cocktails from our signature menu and craft new creations when requested

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws

• Support inventory management and assist with ordering and bar upkeep

• Collaborate with management and the beverage director to maintain top-quality standards

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume, upscale setting

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality

• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
