Within the Ambulatory Surgery Center, the RN Administrator oversees a modern outpatient endoscopy environment specializing in gastroenterology, colonoscopy, colorectal procedures, and preventative cancer screenings. Reporting to governing leadership and collaborating closely with medical directors, the board, operations leaders, and the clinical director, the ASC Nurse Administrator guides friendly nursing teams and a diverse allied health group to deliver efficient daily operations. Additionally, the Administrator directs nursing and patient care, coordinates credentialing and workforce processes, steers QAPI initiatives, manages vendor services, and designs and operationalizes policy to meet regulatory and accrediting standards across infection prevention, environment of care, and emergency readiness—while analyzing monthly operating results to support cost control and smart resource use.
