$1500 SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED!

You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will address our residents service needs and will help maintain facility operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

Position Specifics

• Full-Time
• Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives

Essential Responsibilities:

Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience

• Take pride in the propertys overall appearance by regularly walking the grounds to ensure top-notch curb appeal while delivering outstanding customer service with a courteous professional approach in every interaction

• A team player with a no task is too small mindset! Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to keep the community looking great and residents happy even when the workisntglamorous

Hands on Work

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs including HVAC electrical plumbing appliances carpentry flooring and more to keep our community running smoothly andmakingresidents comfortable

Day-to-Day Maintenance & Community Operations

• Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property by performing grounds upkeep pressure washing painting trash removal and stepping in foradditionalneeds like unit touch-upsandsnow removal(in applicable states)
• Our communities run on smart technologyyoulluse software and mobile apps daily to manage track and complete work orders and keep everything running efficiently

Skills for Success:

• Brings hands-on experience in maintenance manual labor or a related trade and is ready to hit the ground running

• Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work overtime on-call shifts and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays when the community needs you
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of the rolebendinglifting upto 100lbsindependently (up to 250lbswithassistance) and comfortable using technology like computers tablets and phones to stay connected and get the job done
